• Actions taken prior to a loss create a conduit to recovery.
• Emergency and Operational Preparedness reduces the chance that an unplanned event turns into an under-prepared event.
• Recognition of planning activities, workflow practices, and successful strategies for recovery to operational status in a commercial environment therefore reducing risk, business interruption costs, and downtime.
