Overview and Purpose
This 3-day review will assist you in preparing for ASP/CSP Exam. It has been designed to improve the participant’s knowledge and skills expected of entry and advanced level safety professionals. The topic covered based on Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) requirements and include basic & applied science, environmental hazards and control, industrial hygiene aspects, hazardous materials, fire prevention and protection, equipment and facilities, legal/regulatory aspects, legislation, product liability, safety management and engineering, system safety, ergonomics, engineering economy. Basic math, physics, mechanics, chemistry, hydraulics, economics, and scientific calculator skills development also taught. Exam requirements and test strategy will be discussed. The materials are continuously updated to reflect the upcoming changes announced by the BCSP. Each attendee will receive a home study workbook for reviewing more than 900 questions and problems on all the topics required.
