Summary Inspects properties to evaluate physical conditions, identify potential hazards and review current loss prevention procedures. Makes recommendations, promotes safety programs and provides resources to the policyholders to aid in their effort to control workers’ compensation losses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Surveys new, existing and/or prospective ClearPath Mutual policyholders to assess risk for underwriting review, determine level of loss exposure and evaluate loss prevention activity. Documents all loss prevention activity and prepares reports in accordance with ClearPath Mutual policy and procedures.
Assists policyholders in loss prevention activity, including but not limited to, inspections, observations, accident reviews, claims analysis, developing written safety programs, sourcing safety promotion materials and overall training programs. Additional responsibilities include preserving and presenting resources that meet ClearPath Mutual standards for credibility, integrity and image.
Schedules assigned workload and completes documentation in a timely manner as set forth and required by management. Documents weekly activity and follow up activity according to ClearPath Mutual standards.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
