Must have at least 8+ years of plant level, safety, health, and general environmental compliance background along with a Bachelor of Science degree. This position will serve as the EHS resource for a large, non-union manufacturing facility with a culture fit that includes a servant leader and collaborative approach. Drive the strategic EHS plan and program for the site and directly supervise an EHS Department (3 EHS Specialists). Lead a proactive culture of safety across all functions that is adaptable and flexible to the challenges in a large, growing manufacturing facility. Report into the Plant Manager and this role will be a member of the site leadership team.
